About JSC Agricultural Export Corporation
Joint-Stock Company "Agricultural Export Corporation" (JSC "AEC") is an international commercial agricultural corporation focused on the development of export of agricultural products and the development of the agro-industrial sector of the economy of the Russian Federation, as well as the representation of Russian representative offices of Russian grain at world market and in each country.
Conducts active trade and procurement activities on the Russian grain market.
JSC " AEC " is an integrated structure, which includes the regions of the Russian Federation and manages all the shipping cycles of grain and oilseeds: from grain storage at the elevators in regions of Russia to the delivery of grain for export.
Agricultural Export Corporation is located in the Novosibirsk region, Stavropolsky region and Krasnodar region. The company had started its activity in 1976.
The planned storage capacity and export of cereals and oilseeds until 2023 will be 3.5 million tons, cereals - up to 2 million tons.
The Altai & Novosibirsk Branch carries out the acceptance, cleaning, drying, storage and shipment of grain. An automatic sampling device is installed in the laboratory for sampling. The weighing room is equipped with load cells and is connected to a centralized accounting department.
The Stavropol branch accepts, dries and sends grain for export to the port of Novorossiysk and to the port of Astrakhan, Russia.
The Vladivostok branch provides acceptance of agricultural products, packaging in bags and sending products for export.
The enterprise is engaged not only in receiving, drying, and storage of grain, but also has a production facility for processing vegetable oils.
In 2020, due to the global food situation due to COVID-19, the System of Agricultural Reserves for the distribution of state and commercial reserves of Russia "SEAS" was created.
By the Decree of the President of the company No. 003-A of 28.01.2021, a number of international companies were approved, which are included in the list of strategic purchasing commercial organizations, representing their country.
The Krasnodar branch of JSC AEC accepts and exports grain from Russia to other countries, as well as other types of food (for example, flour, cereals, etc.).
All products are certified by the State Standard of Russia, which meets the regulatory requirements of the country.

The company has its own railway stand-off for 65 cars in the Novosibirsk region and for 48 cars in the Stavropol Territory, which ensures stability in the delivery schedules. It has a container site in the Novosibirsk region for sending products to the Far East, Mongolia and China. In the port of Novorossiysk can be send by 65 containers per day.
Development of the Russian grain market
The main task of the strategic direction of development of the Joint-Stock Company "Agricultural Export Corporation "(JSC" AEC") is the formation of a unified platform that will facilitate and provide conditions for increasing the export of Russian agricultural products and their processing.
The principle of activity of AEС JSC is to increase the export grain potential of the Russian Federation and achieve the company's commercial goals.
The development of the export potential of the grain market will take place due to:
- Development of elevator capacities in the Central Federal District, the Southern Federal District, the Northwestern Federal District and the SFD regions, as well as the Far East.
- Development of railway directions, including the People's Republic of China (PRC) under the "one belt, one road"system.
- Optimization of the railway logistics system.
Realization of export potential
The main tasks of the corporation are trade and procurement activities in the grain market of the Russian Federation and the implementation of exports to the countries of cooperation under the system "from the agricultural producer to the final consumer".
Agricultural Export Corporation performs forecasting and analysis of raw materials and finished products in Russia. The laboratory has modern equipment, an express analyzer for determining oil content and humidity, scales of 1,3,4 accuracy classes, and other equipment that allows you to quickly and accurately determine all the necessary quantitative and qualitative characteristics of grain.
The company works with the State Reserve and the Federal Reserve of Russia.
